Our recent travels...

Many of our consultants have been travelling to an amazing variety of destinations across the globe. These trips always bring valuable and important knowledge to our consultants which is in turn passed on to you - our clients. Whether visiting well-known monuments and tourist sites or getting ’off the beaten track’ in remote areas, nothing can match the knowledge and excitement of a place which is gained by experiencing it first hand.

Katie has just returned from an amazing adventure travelling through Chile and Argentina where she enjoyed paragliding, horseriding and trekking through Patagonia. Katie then added on a cruise to Antarctica which was awe-inspiring and has moved up to take the number one spot as her favourite destination. Also this means that Katie has now explored all seven continents!

Jacqui took part in an educational to Phuket and enjoyed a variety of activities including sea kyaking, elephant trekking, seeing the James Bond island, relaxing and sipping cocktails by the pool! Jacqui also won an APT competition and is currently cruising between Budapest and Nuremberg.

Verni travelled to Peru and visited the iconic Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley, where she also walked along the Sandgate route of the Inca trail. Verni also enjoyed an excursion to Lake Titicaca and spent time in Lima and stopped over at Santiago in Chile.

Craig, Sue and Kay had a private tour of the Qantas A380 so if anyone wants to know anything about the new A380 they are now experts!!!

Christine has returned from a holiday to the UK and France. As well as  enjoying the iconic sights of Paris and London, Chris spent 2days cheering for Cadel at the Tour de France and Mark Webber at the Silverstone F1 Grand Prix.

Glenys had a very successful group trip to South America earlier this year and also enjoyed a holiday to the USA including stops at Chicago, St Louis, Memphis and New Orleans. Glenys’ love of cruising meant she added a cruise through the Caribbean which she enjoyed immensely.

Sue enjoyed a very relaxing cruise up the Mekong through Vietnam and Cambodia. Sue particularly liked Siem Reap and the spectacular temples of Angkor Wat.

Jessie travelled to Asia twice this year exploring Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia. Some of her favourite highlights included sunrise over Angkor Wat, shooting an ex Vietnam War AK47 at the Cu Chi Tunnels and relaxing on the beach in Langkawi.

Kylie spent a week exploring Madagascar where she was lucky enough to see Lemurs and Chameleons in the wild. She was also impressed by the beauty of Reunion Island on her way home

These are a few of the amazing destinations that our consultants have been visiting recently. Many new adventures are in planning and we will be updating you on there outcomes in our next update!

If you are interested in a particular destination, no matter how large or small, please drop in and ask if any of our consultants have been there. Chances are, someone in our office has!
