COVID-19 UPDATE

Our consultants are working tirelessly postponing and cancelling your travel plans. We are working collaboratively with airlines, hotels, and tour and cruise operators to achieve the best possible outcome for all our valued clients. Most of our suppliers are allowing free date changes for your bookings, however policies vary, so we will advise you of what applies to your specific booking.

Many are dealing with bookings in order of your travel date, and as such there may be some delays processing cancellations and postponements, particularly for travel not occurring within the next 30 days.  We realise how disappointing it is to have to put off your much-awaited travel plans and we appreciate your the patience and understanding at this time.

While we love seeing you all in person, the health and safety of our staff, clients and community are incredibly important to us, so we have taken the advice of health experts, and have now closed our office until further notice.

Our staff are working from home and can be contacted via email, or you can reach us on sales@netc.com.au and your enquiry will be forwarded on. Our phones lines are also currently operated from home on a roster basis, so we would ask you to please consider emailing instead for non-urgent issues.
