Craig Ritchie (Director)
Craig began at New
England Travel in
1993 and took over as
co-director in 2001.
Craig has been involved
with various aspects of the
travel industry throughout his
career including working with various
airlines. He has in-depth knowledge of complex fare construction and specializes in corporate travel. Craig has a strong interest in his family’s Scottish cultural heritage and travels to the UK often.
Susan Mann (Director)
Sue joined the original
New England Travel
team over 30 years ago
and became a co-director
of NETC in 2001. Sue has
travelled extensively, often to
less explored places of the world. She endeavours to take trips that focus on one country in order to better explore and learn about what is often a completely unique culture.
Paula joined New England travel in 2016 after several years in the banking sector. Embarking on a career change, her love of travel and experience with her personal travel blog brought her to NETC. Paula has travelled extensively throughout Europe, South pacific and America; and thoroughly enjoys creating wonderful holiday itineraries for her clients.
Jacqui has had the opportunity to live and work in France, where she developed her love for the country and language. Some of her favourite trips have included a European river cruise, a rail journey through Switzerland, Indian Rajasthan and Western Canada. These opportunities have allowed Jacqui’s itineraries to include personal insight in addition to drawing on her experiences working with various travel and tourism companies.
Jessie has been with New England Travel for over 6 years. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts as well as a certificate III in Tourism. Jessie enjoys working with both Corporate and Leisure clients and has travelled throughout much of South-East Asia, as well as America, Mexico, Cuba, New Zealand and Switzerland. She also possesses detailed knowledge of business accounting and visa processing.
Nicole has been a part of New England travel since 2011 and has completed a certificate III in tourism. She has in-depth knowledge of visa processing and enjoys both leisure and corporate consulting. Nicole has travelled throughout South-East Asia and China as well as enjoying several cruises around New Zealand and the South Pacific. Nicole is currently on maternity leave.
Anne spent 12 months backpacking around Australia before deciding to relocate from Germany. She then started working for New England Travel in 2013 whilst completing her certificate III in tourism. Her broad knowledge of both European and Australian destinations, as well as her experience in corporate travel management are essential in creating many fantastic itineraries for her retail and corporate clients. Anne is currently working part time: Monday-Wednesday, plus some Saturdays.
Kay began her travel career in 1983 and has pursued various avenues of the industry, including creating and teaching various study modules for Travel and Tourism certificates at TAFE. Kay has travelled the world extensively and her expertise is creating wonderful leisure itineraries.
Gabrielle joined New England Travel in 2013 after completing a Gap year holiday. She enjoys constructing both international and domestic leisure itineraries and works on corporate accounts. She is inspired to travel to exotic destinations to experience vastly different cultures.
Emma joined New England Travel in 2011 and has been vital to the business accounting interspersed with both corporate and leisure consulting. Emma has enjoyed adventurous holidays in some remote and exciting locations.
Amy joined New England Travel in 2014 after excelling in her Diploma of Tourism course. Amy comes with a wealth of knowledge having lived and worked in the UK and travelling to many parts of Europe in her holidays. Amy has a strong corporate background but is enjoying the leisure side of the role.
Lachlan joined New England Travel in 2016 and is already an integral part of the team. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing and is looking forward to many new experiences in the travel industry.
